The refurbishment of the Trafford Hall Hotel will be undertaken by a leading PLC company who are very experienced in this type of refurbishment. 


The managers of Trafford Hall have decided to sell the individual rooms in the hotel to raise the capital required to fund the refurbishment of the hotel as well as expand their portfolio. 


Rooms will be sold on a 145 year leasehold basis providing full security to investors and a lease will be registered at the land registry office under the investors name. In exchange the management of The Trafford Hall Hotel will pay investors an assured 10% net return paid quarterly in arrears and offer an assured buyback from year 5 onwards at 120% of the initial purchase price.
